Support Vacancy at Internetware

We are currently looking to fill a Technical Support role to provide telephone and email support to our growing customer base.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in a support role
  • Previous experience of  Sage 50, Act or Sage 200.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Positive attitude to work and customers
  • Passion for technology
  • Ability to work autonomously

Primary responsibilities of the role include:

  1. To manage support system/ support calls for Connect + resolve support issues either alone or via delegating to developer team.
  2. To manage all Servers and networks ensuring patches, backups and systems are running to best capacity. Setup monitoring systems etc for errors/disk usage
  3. Work alongside development team to troubleshoot issues and provide patches.
  4. Testing of new software releases.
